1 John 1:1-4

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete.

Ministry Year Journal
Ministry Year Journal

This ministry year, Bridgeway is stepping into a season of bold declaration — proclaiming God’s Truth, Triumph, and Transformation. To guide that journey, we’ve created the Proclaim Journal, a resource available both at our campuses and online.

Rooted in 1 John 1:1–4, the journal walks with you through our weekly sermons, giving you space to take notes, reflect on Scripture, and capture how God is moving in your life. Inside, you’ll explore the names and character of God, journey through key teachings, and record your personal prayers, insights, and testimonies.

Whether you use it during Sunday services, in your small group, or in your quiet time at home, the Proclaim Journal is designed to help you:

  • Write down what you see, hear, and experience of Christ.
  • Engage with Scripture as we proclaim God’s truth together.
  • Track your growth as you walk in His triumph and transformation.

Pick up a copy at our Columbia or Owings Mills/ Reisterstown campus, or download the digital version to follow along anywhere.

Genesis 14:18

What happens when the enemy strikes and your back is against the wall?

This Sunday, join Dr. David Anderson for part two of Proclaim the Name as we explore El Elyon—God Most High. Through the story of the first war in Scripture in Genesis 14, we’ll discover how God shows up in the valley, rescues the captive, and reminds us that no power is higher than His. Whether you’re facing spiritual warfare, personal battles, or unexpected setbacks, this message will equip you to trust God’s supremacy and prepare for your shift from defeat to victory.

Adonai - The Lord, Master ("Lord of Lords")

Genesis 15:2

What happens when faith asks you to trust what your eyes can’t yet see?

This Sunday, join Dr. David Anderson for part three of Proclaim the Name as we explore Adonai—the Lord of Lords. Through Abram’s honest conversation with God in Genesis 15, we’ll discover what it means to follow a Sovereign God who is “large and in charge,” even when the promises feel impossible. Whether you’re struggling with doubt, delay, or disappointment, this message will reignite your faith to believe what God has spoken—even when you can’t yet see it.

Don’t miss this powerful teaching and come ready to proclaim the name of the God who keeps His promises!

El Roi - God Who Sees

Genesis 16:13

In this powerful message from Genesis 16, Dr. David Anderson introduces us to EL ROI—the God who sees. As Hagar fled the pain and mistreatment of Abram and Sarai, she encountered the God who found her in the desert and called her seen, heard, and loved.

Through humor, honesty, and hope, Dr. Anderson unpacks lessons on pain, faith, and divine vision—reminding us that being hurt doesn’t give us the right to hurt others, that faith will be tested, that mistreatment is never okay, and that sometimes stepping away can bring clarity toward destiny. No matter where you find yourself—broken, forgotten, or unseen—God sees you. He is EL ROI, the God who meets you right where you are.

El Shaddai - God Almighty

Genesis 17:1

What happens when God makes you a promise that feels humanly impossible?
